CEO, Chris Williams
Chris moved to Aiken from Saluda, SC and has been in Aiken for 34 years, and he began detailing as a hobby when he was a teenager but started to take it seriously in 2006 when he would detail fire trucks and his friend’s vehicles on the side. Chris has always been an avid aviation, motorcycle and car enthusiast, and went to his first detailing training January 2019 in Raleigh, NC to further his education in this passion. During this training Chris learned about “The International Detailing Association” as well as “Detailing Success” in Big Bear, CA. After some research he discovered Renny and Diane Doyle, some of the detailing industries highest regarded detailers, he immediately joined the IDA as a member and signed up for “Detailing Success”, and in May of 2019 he attended the training. Students go through a very intense and detailed training course and put in anywhere from 70-80 hours during the week. While at Big Bear Chris tested for The IDA professional certifications to become a Certified Detailer and receive his “Skills Validated” certification. While he was training Chris learned about “The Detail Mafia”, the most prestigious and technologically advanced detailing group in the world created by Renny Doyle himself, and began his journey to joining the group. Chris is now a made member of the Detail Mafia, as well as being on the Mafia Advisory Board, and the Social Media Marketing Committee. After becoming a made member Chris was selected to be a part of the 2021, 2022 and 2023 Air Force One Detailing Team, and flew out to work on this project, becoming the first detailer in Aiken to be selected for this team. Chris is an assistant instructor for the Detailing Success Extreme One Day trainings held at Detail Link in Buford, GA. Chris intends to continue pursuing his education in detailing while educating his community on the industry.
Sales Manager, Marcella Lloza
Marcella moved to Aiken from California, and was working retail full-time, in April 2021 she decided to leave her job to begin detailing. Marcella was curious about her passion in the industry and decided to attend SEMA 2019 with Chris and there she met Renny and Diane Doyle, with the rest of The Detail Mafia and loved how welcoming they were, she decided she wanted to help Chris with the business full-time. In August 2020 she attended the Detailing Success training in California, but didn’t want to stop there, she continued her education and received her IGL aviation certification and Tint certification, shortly afterwards in June 2021 Marcella was nominated for Female Detailer of The Year, and in September 2021 she attended the Detailing success training once again as an intern. On November the 5th 2022 she was made a fully initiated made member of The Detail Mafia. She continues to pursue a higher level of education in the Detailing industry, and loves introducing people in her community to the Detailing Industry.
